Bespoke jewellery design is at the heart of our business, we work together with a team of experts to gather your ideas and bring them to reality using a straightforward and seamless process. Whether you're striving to achieve the perfect engagement ring, wedding band or dream piece of jewellery this is a step by step process to enjoy. Resulting in a very special custom made piece to be treasured forever.
Step 1
A face to face design consultation with an experienced member of our team is the best way to start your bespoke journey. This is a great way for us to find out who will be wearing this very special piece and the look you're trying to achieve. You may have a very specific idea in mind or endeavour to create an original design from scratch, either way we will guide you through the process.
During this stage we'll discuss metal choices, setting styles and gemstone requirements and also talk you through the different diamond qualities available to ensure you make the best possible choice for you. We'll always take into consideration the amount you'd like to spend versus the look you desire and make suggestions and recommendations to help meet your requirements.
Once we're at a point where you feel inspired, happy and confident we'll send the information through to our talented design team to work their magic.
Step 2
Around a week after your initial visit we'll invite you back into our showroom to view your design, we use Computer Aided Design (CAD) to offer a clear and realistic visual representation of your piece of jewellery. We'll also present to you a carefully selected set of diamonds or coloured gemstones based on your wishlist sourced from one of our highly reputable suppliers.
It is at this point that we agree the final design, confirm any tweaks that you may like to make and take a deposit for your order. The timeframe from this point is approximately four weeks.
Step 3
Your design is brought to life by creative designers and goldsmiths who will combine their expertise to produce your finished piece of jewellery, fusing high quality traditional craftmanship with the latest cutting edge design technologies.
Step 4
As soon as we have your finished order in our hand and have checked all aspects match our exacting high standards we'll notify you so you can make arrangements to view and collect. A document will be produced detailing all relevant information ready for insurance purposes. Your treasured item will be presented in one of our branded boxes and a gift bag.
