Here at Edward James we're passionate about people and jewellery. Connecting the two is a special moment for us. We're a team of fine jewellery advocates with a wealth of experience within the industry. Our backgrounds are all different but our love for jewellery and gemstones is completely aligned.

We are excited by innovation, exceptional craftsmanship and something a little unique. We've forged invaluable relationships with our gemstone suppliers and our fabulously talented designers. This offers both choice, versatility and incredibly high standards for a truly bespoke and personal finish for all of our customer enquiries.

Laura has lived and breathed jewellery since finishing her degree in Fashion Studies over twenty years ago. Starting as a Saturday girl in a small independent jewellers to now owning her own has been quite a journey. She's been fortunate enough to work alongside some of the most well known and influential people in the trade and is thankful to every single one of them.

Laura is dedicated to delivering the highest level experience for all of her customers and has made lifelong friends of so many. She has built invaluable contacts over time and is honoured to work with top designers and suppliers that deliver the utmost quality and innovation. 

Lucky enough to visit some of the most prestigious design houses and workshops in the UK and beyond has inspired a true passion for gemstones and jewellery.

Being a Mum of two is her whole world outside of work! She enjoys walking her dog in the peaks and all that nature has to offer. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kayleigh (Luxury Sales Consultant)

Kayleigh has held a variety of roles within the jewellery sector over the past ten years. Gaining experience working for one of the worlds leading brands has given her an in depth insight into retail jewellery and customer service. Now positioned in a high end independent she can truly offer a tailored personal experience for her customers. Kayleigh wears many hats... social media content creator, administrator and front of house to name just a few.

She LOVES listening to customers love stories and working alongside friends and neighbours in the heart of 'our vibrant community'.

In her spare time, she's often spotted with her earbuds in and a matcha in hand getting her steps in. Or at a gig... not in the mosh pits!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stacey (Luxury Sales Consultant)

Having worked in the jewellery industry for over twenty five years in a variety of roles Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge to Edward James. She has a caring nature and a genuine interest in building relationships with her customers to ensure they find their ideal jewellery match. Her true passion is customer service and sharing in peoples journeys.

Stacey is often donning her headband magnifier aka her special tiara carrying out watch repairs. She always has a tool in her hand and takes on the  jobs everyone else puts off!

Outside of work her biggest priority is being a fabulous role model and Mum to her son. She has a love for the outdoors and is a pilates advocate!
